Aya, Green Lantern by Idelacio Aya, Green Lantern by Idelacio
Aya of the Green Lanterns. Part of an image commission by :iconjasoncanty: but thats going to follow much later. For now character shots!

Pretty much everything on this character is custom built outside of the base mesh and base skin texure. I had to make a few compromises here and there for stuff like how the hands are put together but thats just how the cookie crumbles when you're trying to accomodate somewhat incompatible styles. I've tried to retain the feel of the legs as they were in series while establishing a slighty fetishy heel vibe. The skin has a realistic base as in the series it's supposed to be a projection representing a once living individual so it made sense to me to have various skin details like freckles. Also freckles 'cos: want. I've implied that there is a sort of lantern power corse over her chest, kinda liek an exposed heart. OI, DON'T YOU TOUCH THAT! >.<

I drew a lot of inspirations from other artists for this one whilst throwing those bits of my own borderline insanity into the mix! I've not spoken to these people but wutevs, shout outs:

:iconmmemento:

'Cos dammit, piercings!

equires either Poser 9 or Poser 2012 with SR3
I'm already familiar with the program. I'm running Poser seven furthermore , the equipment I'm running can handle Poser 9 or hire and a lot of the stuff I use doesn't work in the newer versions of older it's only good for up to space poser seven.

Well I'm certainly up for converting this to another figure but yes it would cost about $100. Depending on the figure of course.

Nope. I convert a lot of costume pieces from V4 to A3. You'll find stuff from other figures such as Genesis as well that are on my characters. Beast Boy is in fact an A3 character. ;)

All of my stuff is A3. My characters are exclusive to me alone but I may put up the Aya model for free download.

I'm guessing you made those arms somehow. Been trying to figure out how to do her in Poser for some time, I've got legs and the headpiece but could never seem to figure out or find a add-on for the chest plate shoulder pads and over her hands. Quite a nice job you did.

In my opinion it's worth a look: it won't blow your mind but it's fairly entertaining and does try for some interesting ideas. I'd say the first half is stronger with teh second being rather dissapointing but your mileage may vary.

Is the off-centre lip ring really necessary? It's disrupting what could otherwise be a harmony of symmetry.

Not really a huge fan of centre lip rings, feels like they get in the way if you know what I mean... O_o
